We take on cases where others believe deportation is inevitable

When Ali Bataev’s case was called hopeless, and people said it was impossible to save him from deportation, we stepped in.

Luciano Shirvani with Ali Bataev. One of the publicly known deportation defense cases in Switzerland.

At that time, he was being held in the Kloten deportation detention facility.

He spent around 60 days on hunger strike.

His case was covered by Tamedia and Novaya Gazeta Europe.
We mention this case not for a big name.
But because it is publicly known.
But this was not an exception.
It was one example among many.
We have handled dozens of such cases.

And we have saved dozens of asylum seekers from deportation.

We handle complex asylum and anti-deportation cases involving:

1. Russia — including those fleeing mobilization, political persecution, and the threat of criminal prosecution.

2. Chechnya — including the risk of torture, abduction, blood feud, and persecution.

3. Afghanistan — including threats from the Taliban, cases involving former security personnel, interpreters, women, journalists, and activists.

We take on cases where what is at stake is not a formality.

But freedom.
Safety.
Sometimes — life itself.
If your case seems hopeless, that does not mean it cannot be won.
Sometimes that is exactly when the real fight begins.
